instead of meeting virtually over zoom, i will send you a google doc with your card reading typed out and photos attached for reference

payment is required upfront in order to book. i accept venmo/paypal/cashapp/zelle
cash payments are accepted at the bag lady, with a required 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining balance due upon arrival
cancellation policy:
full refund will be made if cancellation is within 48 business hours of scheduled service
50% refund will be made if cancellation is within 24 business hours of scheduled service
no refund will be made for cancellations without notice
